We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  HOWEVER; Custom items are ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURN AND NO REFUND ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental US. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.  Shipping charges are based on USPS prices.

Yes, you can track your order by logging into your account or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.  We will send emails or text messages on shipping updates also.
